      Datang Shouyang Mountain Generating Plant is located in Yanshi City which is in the East of Luoyang，Henan.The distance is about 27 km.It is built during the Seven Five-year Plan and the Eight Five-year Plan period.It is a enterprise at the national level.It is the main heat-engine plant in the central China electric fence and Henan Province.It wins the honorary title of “Yuxi Bright Phearl” and “Industrial Park of Luoyang”. 　　
　   The agreegate investment is 1.5 billion in current.Existing employees are 2055 personal.The total installed capacity now is 1.04 million kilowatt (2*0.22 million kw + 2*0.3 Million kw) .
      The total installed capacity of this plant planning is 2.2 million kw.The plan is divided three stages. The first stage of the project (2*0.2 million kw set) and the second stage of extend project (2*0.3 million kw set) have been constructed and put into operation one after the other in 1988 and in 1995.
