2. Installation：

Locking assemblies have been greased with lubricant before getting out factory, so they can install and use directly.When installing,Firstly tightening three bolts into parts’ flange and bolt hole spreading even around circle,push inner ring up.Then put locking assemblies into designed hub hole,use a torque wrench tightening bolt.The method of tightening is screwing a quarter of rating moment.The sequence of tightening begins from the slit,tightening across in proper sequence and making sure it arrived rating moment value.Then tightening clockwisely one by one until each bolt arrives rating moment value.

1. Removal：

When removing,relax all bolts several circle.Then tightening  across bolts into removal bolt hole and loosing locking assemblies.

1. Protection:

When installing,prevent locking assemblies polluted and forbid using MoS2.When machine working in ouside or bad working condition,it should grease rust preventing oil in outside of locking assemblies end face and bolts.Besides,it should choose locking assemblies with better rust preventation
