1. Introduction
            

•Shrink disc is a device coupling not by key but by friction between shaft and hub.The device can carry out clamping force on hub from outside.It will form mechanical compression fit between shaft and hub.Shrink disc will not transmit any torque or axial load.

•Shrink disc is fited on suitable place of hub and screws are tightened following given tightening torque.Two sides tapered inner ring carries out radial force on hub.This compulsive coupling by friction can transmit strong torque and axial load safely.

•After shrink disc joined and jumped,stress of every fit surface is very heavy and get full seal airtight.This can avoid matching face becoming rusty.When shrink disc removes,loose screws and matching face will relax automaticly.Shaft、hub and shrink disc inner ring will return original dimension and clearance.Removal is the same as installation.
