• • Using locking assemblies can make the manufacturing and installation of main engine parts easy. The processing of shaft and hub for installing locking assemblies does not like shrink fit which needs high accuracy manufacturing tolerance. When install locking assemblies, we do not need heating , cooling , or compression device.We only need to tighten bolts according to the requirement torque. Its adjustment is convenient and we can adjust hub to the location needed on the shaft. Locking assemblies also can be used to couple parts which welding performance is poor.
• • The life length of locking assemblies is long and its strength is high.Locking assemblies depend on friction to transmit and no key slot weakens for coupled parts.It also has no relative motion. It can not bring abrasion during working.

Locking assemblies Z2 type is comprised by one open biconical inner ring , one open biconical outer ring and two biconical clamp rings.Use hexagon socket head cap screw to tighten. When tightening , elastic ring has no relative axial move for hub. Compared with Z1 , the same pressing force can bring larger radial pressure and transmit bigger load. To make dismantle convenient , there are screws for dismounting in clamp ring , about 2-4 around the circle . It is extensive used in packing , printing , weaving and machine tool.
